If you are having difficulties logging in from the MarketsFlow app please make sure you have tried the following steps.
The below have solved 99.9% of the log-in problems our clients have faced.

The app is asking you to register again even though you entered your log-in details. 

Please make sure the email you are using is the one you registered when you first signed up on our MarketsFlow system, for instance john@hotmail.com instead of john@gmail.com 

If you cannot remember for certain, please contact us and we will confirm your email.

You can also request a password reset which will be sent to your registered email address.

If this does not solve the issue, please unistall the MarketsFlow app and then re-install it on your mobile.
